In May of 2008 Old Library Studio received a $10,000 community grant from The Oregon Community Foundation, to support Magic in Their Hands, a capacity-building project to strengthen support and expand the number of teen musicians served at Old Library Studio. This grant was made possible through the Edna L. Holmes Fund of The Oregon Community Foundation.

This is the first community grant Old Library Studio has received from The Oregon Community Foundation. We greatly appreciate their support of our program.

Quotes

This is a great program for teens who want to learn to make recordings and compose their own music. Many programs focus on playing music, but it's rare to find a program that teaches teens to make music.
